Your tasks

  • You answer support enquiries from our customers, resellers and business partners by phone, chat or email in a friendly and cheerful manner and help to identify the problem as the first point of contact
  • You guarantee individual support and are able to handle even complex support tickets independently
  • You accompany IT projects through to successful completion
  • You know our products and are able to show them to customers and explain technical details.
  • You take part in product development and contribute your ideas.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for software and web applications, servers, virtualisation, web hosting, domains, emails, IT security and general IT support, Plesk and C-Panel, Linux
  • Good understanding of technical contexts
  • CMS knowledge is an advantage, such as Wordpress or alternative solutions
  • High degree of quality awareness, independence, reliability and customer orientation
  • Good communication skills in German as well as English and/or French
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, building IT specialist, ICT specialist or similar with several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge in the field of automation is an advantage
